F10 is an Incubator and Accelerator based in Zurich for FinTech, RegTech and InsurTech Startups.

The offices are easily accessible by public transportation and only a couple of minutes away from the Zurich main station. Do not hesitate, come by and take a look at our offices.

How can we help?

The use of a mailbox for coworkers is possible on request. Members with a single variable desk will be charged CHF 20 per month for post address and mailbox.

Coworkers that book a single own desk, get assigned a dedicated desk. Single variable desk bookers need to work on different desks, subject to availability.

Unfortunately this is not possible, however, you are welcome to pop in for a coffee and have a look around the place.

The coworking space has an electronic locking system. The deposit for the office key is CHF 25 and will not gain interest.

Yes, you will get a key and can work 7 days a week and on public holidays.

The normal opening times are 9:00 to 17:30, however the office is usually busy by 8:15 till 18:00. As a Member you may come earlier or stay longer.

No, with the booking price plus VAT everything has been cleared and the complete infrastructure and a coffee flat is available within that price. Members with a single variable desk will be charged for the locker, post address and mailbox as well as additional meeting room usage.

The office has a refrigerators, a small kitchenettes and microwave, where you can prepare a quick lunch. For small snacks a Bitebox is available, we also have a wide range of beverages for self-service (prices, please refer to the provided price list). Alternatively, only 200 metres down the road are Migros, Coop and many other take aways as well as many restaurants & cafés.
